CAST Alimenti school is recognized with the largest number of world awards in the gastronomic disciplines: 21 to this date, thanks to the latest award attained by the Team of the Italian National Chefs, relying on Marco Tomasi and Tommaso Bonseri Capitani, who won the title of World Champions in the Senior Category, placing ahead of Sweden and Singapore, in the Global Chefs Challenge held at Abu Dhabi from 30 May to 2 June 2022.
How can we forget September 2021 in Lyon, where the Italian team, represented by Lorenzo Puca (captain), Andrea Restuccia and Massimo Pica, earned to be on the top of the podium, becoming the World Champions of the 30th edition of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. The team trained at CAST Alimenti, which, with this new title consolidates itself as an important point of reference and hub for the research and development of Made in Italy, thanks to the presence of great master’s and young professionals who aspire to Italian excellence.
