As an answer to this renewed trust, during the last 25 years CAST Alimenti has evolved by systematically expanding and upgrading its facilities. In 2020 CAST Alimenti kept on growing with the newly constructed, fully digitized, Green Tower: a 4000 sqm site on a 7-storey edifice where classrooms, training labs and hospitality find their service space with the minimum environmental impact.
Inside the Green Tower, 42 brand-new rooms occupying five floors, designed as a housing solution for both students and the faculty.
The training areas have expanded – from the previous 2,000 m2 to an actual 4,000+ m2.
Designed according to the most modern concepts of eco-compatible building, the new Green Tower is a strategic point of reference providing complementary services and working in synergy with the previous headquarter thus optimizing the hospitality and education segments offered by the CAST Alimenti.
The building is equipped with the most modern state-of-the-art systems for air recycling, energy saving and power generation, heating/ cooling system with the aid of a geothermal wells and solar panels.
In compliance with the strictest regulations in terms of sustainability, it will become the epitome of how CAST Alimenti care for the environment, giving further value to some choices by including it in the program of study, as an integral element of its sustainable philosophy.
As soon as you enter the school, our Reception Team will welcome you and guide you around the school providing extensive information on training activities, laboratory classrooms, common and dining areas, changing rooms and all further services.
To start the day with a smile, CAST Alimenti offers all students a sweet and savory buffet breakfast. The cafeteria service is always available during the day for coffee breaks and moments of relaxation and sharing.

A spacious restaurant area, naturally lit by sunlight through the glass walls, welcomes you with a rich and varied healthy buffet open for lunch and dinner, including first and second courses of meat, fish, vegetable selections, fruit and, last but not least, the desserts.
Menus are designed and created within the new and spacious Main Kitchen Classroom, a fully equipped space with the most advanced technology, run by a brigade of chefs eager to offer tasty yet nutritionally balanced dishes.
A display area, embedded in the restaurant, targeting the showcase of products made by the students attending the Advanced Professional Programs and the Specialization Professional Programs. An opportunity to simulate real business situations thus completing the training activities, and to share what has been achieved in the classroom.
To access the classrooms and attend the lessons, it is mandatory that the students wear the professional uniform. Applied to those students who do not stay in the Green Tower, CAST Alimenti provides a large changing room area, separating ladies and gentlemen. The changing room offers personal lockers with padlocks, bathrooms, and showers.
