The best of culinary, pastry and italian products in a day
To show the best of Italian Food and Pastry in a day. That was the mission of CAST Alimenti – Italian school for all culinary and pastry arts – featuring the Celebration Day “Italian Food and Pastry” hosted by the most important culinary college in the United States, the Culinary Institute of America (CIA – www.ciachef.edu).
