The headquarter of CAST Alimenti is a structure of more than 4000 square meters entirely designed for training and hospitality. 10 laboratories, 2 classrooms for theoretical lessons and events, 1 research and development laboratory, 1 didactic kitchen for large numbers and fine dining, 1 restaurant with bar, bookshop and relax area, 1 temporary shop.
Laboratories for each specialty are equipped with the most advanced technologies, and are constantly renewed and arranged so as to encourage learning, interaction with masters and individual training. All the laboratories are multidisciplinary and optimized for simulations and professional updating. Students, in our multimedia laboratories equipped with wifi connection, become even more protagonists of the learning process for a didactics increasingly based on the know-how.
CAST Alimenti is easily accessible by car and connected to the railway station of Brescia by subway transportation. The facility has a private parking and is perfectly compliant with current hygiene and safety standards and is free of architectural barriers.
