Graduated in business administration at Bocconi University in Milan, Nicola Zanella acquired managerial experience in Wella Italy, now part of Procter & Gamble, where he dealt with designing, developing, launching, and marketing process for new products. Since 2000, he has been an executive consultant and trainer for some Italian companies, government agencies, multinational companies and trade associations, including Confindustria (the General Confederation of Italian Industry). Lecturer in master postgraduate at the Catholic University of Milan and at the MIB in Trieste, Italy, he collaborates with the international network of management training TMI. He has patented the Leonardo Innovation System, an organism structuring and training for encouraging innovation, and the Universal Management System, a management training process based on Leonardo da Vinci’s thinking.
