After several training experiences in Italy and abroad in pastry shops and restaurants, in 2015 he took part in the Senior Pastry Italian Championships, in Rimini, winning fourth place and receiving critical acclaim for his innovative praline. From 2017 he becomes the youngest Master of the prestigious Italian Master Confectioners Academy. He is currently Pastry Chef at the restaurant "La leggenda dei frati" in Florence and teacher CAST Alimenti in the area of ​​catering pastry.
