Patron of a pastry shop in Vevey, Switzerland, Eliseo Tonti is a Swiss master chocolatier known internationally. He created a new decorating technique based on stylized lines, streamlined and rational arrangements, dedicating to chocolate most of his professional life. Author of several books, he combines Swiss rationality with Italian creativity. In 2000-2001, he was appointed pastry of the year by the Academy of Italian Pastry Chefs.
