Born in 1989, Lorenzo Puca was born in Pescara, where he discovered his passion by chance, first for cooking and then for pastry. He improved his training at CAST Alimenti, where he met Iginio Massari with whom he worked for almost two years, before starting his own business in his native land. In 2018 he is Italian Champion of Pasticcieria Seniores and gold medal in the specialty pièce sugar, thus becoming part of the Italia team, which in January 2019 will participate in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. From 2019 it becomes a Master "Made in CAST".
