After graduating from the Erice Casa Santa Institute (TP), Fabio Potenzano matures his experience in restaurants and hotels in the Bel Paese: Bolzano, Cortina D’Ampezzo, Costa Smeralda, Veneto. He trained with great chefs and pastry chefs from the Italian scene and beyond. Participate in gastronomic competitions in Italy and abroad, earning numerous medals. Since 2014 he is part of the Italian National Cooks, he is dedicated to training and consultancy and to business development.
