The family of Francesco Palmieri has produced ice cream since 1953 in Manfredonia (FG). After studying Industrial Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technologies, he worked in the food industry in research departments and quality control laboratories. In 2004 he was awarded the degree H.C. In Culinary Arts Sciences from Jean Monnet University in Brussels. Entrepreneur, teacher and trainer, a consultant for the most prestigious raw material companies and gelato machines, he also collaborates with some of the most prestigious magazines in the industry. He has been teaching at CAST Alimenti since 1997.
