Norbert Niederkofler and his family had a small hotel in South Tyrol where he spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Since he was a child he dreamed of seeing the world, so he attended the restoration high school in Tegernsee, Germany, and then continued his training in Italy and the most renowned neighbors in London, Zurich, Milan ... His most significant experiences were Eckart Witzigmann in Munich and David Bouley in New York. There he learned that perfection is achieved by respecting the nature and quality of the products without which you can not do anything good. This year the St Hubertus, two Michelin stars since 2007, celebrates its 20 years.
