Paolo Mombelloni, Food Technologist, is specialized in Research & Development, Product innovation and production process, organization and "food cost". Twenty years of experience has been formed covering senior management roles in leading Italian food companies and subsequently as a consultant, working both in Italy and abroad in research and development projects, organization and management of SMEs. Experiences abroad led him to contribute to the success of projects in Europe in Spain, Greece, Germany, Holland, Norway, Ukraine, Slovakia and outside the European landscape in China. He has extensive experience in the bakery field, gelato, ready meals and includes in his past an industrial production process patent EP1219174. He is currently a consultant for important Italian companies and a teacher at CAST Alimenti.
