For many years she has collaborated with renowned professional schools in Italy and abroad, as well as with highly qualified companies, where she provides knowledge and knowledge acquired over many years of experience, in courses dedicated to pastry and sugar art. In 2018 she won the world competition "Pâtissiers dans le monde", with the title of "Best pastry chef of the world 2018" Tarbes (France).
