Graduated in Food Science and Technology at the University of Milan and enrolled in the Order of Food Technology Region Lombardy and Liguria since 2005.

For CAST Alimenti is consultant and teacher: he deals with training of students at all levels and supports teachers both in the lessons for courses of Advanced Diploma, and also in the specialization courses for professionals, providing support from the point of view of the technology and the food.

Her activity is mainly concentrated in the field of HO.RE.CA. and collective catering, with consultancy activities for agri-food companies in the public and private sector.

She is a consultant for ISO 9001 and similar management systems and an expert in hygienic-sanitary self-control according to the HACCP method, including all the activities related to the verification of the system, including training courses (food education, health-hygiene self-monitoring system, traceability, labelling).

She carries out activities as a teacher and trainer in the field of food education, hazard analysis and system of self-checking hygienic-health, traceability, labelling, training for alimentarists, principles of management systems ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Principles of Food Safety and Food Production for Final Consumers and School Catering Canteen Commissions.

Finally, she specializes in assisting and support for the aspects of food safety, nutrition and supply characteristics with the aim of drafting the technical specifications for the contracts of the catering service.
