Freelancer, graduated in Food Science and Technology from the University of Milan and enrolled in the Order of Food Technologists of the Lombardy and Liguria Region. Since 2004 she has been consulting for agri-food companies in the public and private sector.
Her activity is mainly concentrated in HO.RE.CA. and collective catering, and specializes in the control of products ranging from coffee to milk and dairy products, bread and baked goods, pasta, confectionery products, products for vegans and raw foodists.

She deals with the preparation of self-control hygiene and health systems, including all activities related to the verification of the system, including training courses (food education, self-control hygiene and health system, traceability, labeling).

For CAST Alimenti she is a consultant and teacher: he takes care of the training of students at all levels and supports the teachers in the lessons of the Professional Advanced Diplomas providing support from her point of view as a food technologist.
