Marco Martinelli, chef instructor born in Brescia in 1972, is a professor for advanced training courses for cooks at CAST Alimenti. After graduating in hospitality management, he enriched his expertise at several hotels and restaurants, crucial the meeting with Vittorio Fusari. In 2001, he was ambassador for the Italian team winning the "Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean" in Sarajevo, Bosnia. Then, while continuing his professional progress, he pursued university education in order to improve at best his passion for teaching and obtained his Degree in Training Sciences. Rewarded at the Ice Cream World Cup with first prize for the best entrée in 2014, in addition to being a professor at CAST Alimenti and teacher at the Institute of Higher Education "G. Perlasca " in Idro, Italy, he is a consultant in various areas of the catering business.
