He entered the world of pastry for over two decades, Riccardo Magni has a long series of experiences and professional assignments in prestigious areas. As a pastry chef, he chooses to engage in consulting, working even outside the national borders, from the Mediterranean to Asia, from Europe to the Arab countries, developing projects on multiple fronts and collaborating with industries. He was part of the Team Switzerland finalist in the Coupe du Monde Patisserie in Lyon, where he achieved a brilliant second place in the presentation of Entremet Glacè.
