Piepaolo Magni had choosen his lifetime career when he was only fifteen. Founding member of the Academy of Italian Pastry Chefs, he owns a rare cultural and technical knowledge, who can proficiently fuse gelato and pastry specialties together with rigorous talent. After many achievements at international competitions, including the silver and gold medal at the Pastry European Championships in 2000 and 2002, and several victories with ice cream topics, he was elected pastry chef of the year in 2004 and in 2005 by the Academy of Italian Pastry Chefs. Ice Cream World Champion in 2006 as a coach, he is one of the lecturers for advanced training courses for confectioners at CAST Alimenti.
