The career of Master Pierpaolo Magni start very early, as a pastry apprentice when he was 15 years old, and over time collaborates with the best Italian and European masters developing a deep knowledge in the processing of sugar, of pastillage, of chocolate, of the peanut brittle and traditional and modern pastry with attention to the world of home-made ice cream and the decoration of the salty buffet and Mignon Pastry.

A real example of professionalism, competence and tireless tenancy that knows how to combine the disciplines of ice cream making, pastry and decorative art, in a synthesis of rigorous geniality.

His great experience and authority also involved him as a founding member of the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani, of which he is still a member.

After numerous successes in international competitions, he was elected as a pastry chef of the year 2004-2005 by Ampi and World Champion of Gelateria in 2006 and 2020, as a coach.

He is also consultant of important trade magazines.

Since many years he is the reference point in CAST Alimenti as teacher of the course first step in pastry and for the specialization courses for professionals dedicated to artistic decoration, introduces the students to the profession in the first week of the Advanced Diploma courses for pastry chef and restaurant pastry chef, in which he also plays the delicate and very important role of Tutor of internship, supporting the future pastry chef for the duration of their course in the classroom and in internship.
