French Chef born in Nantes, he has traveled the world for training. After beginning in Paris at the Hotel Winsor Clovis, he joined the Hotel Helton Kennedy in New York, the restaurant Boucairre Sundials in Martinique and then the Vis Palace Grand Corniche Hotel in Montecarlo. He has been in Italy since 1987, and never moved since then, and since 1992, he has been running the restaurant Miramonti l'Altro in Brescia, Italy. His cuisine is genial and pleasant, a perfect balance between the French technique and the typical Lombard and Italian traditions. Thanks to his valuable expertise, he is sought after at many television programs and shows, and constantly receives important acknowledgements. In fact, in 2012, his restaurant L’Altro in Hong Kong has been awarded with a Michelin star after only four months of its opening.
