Born in 1986 and born in Rome, Fabrizio Fiorani worked in some of the best restaurants in Italy. His strong desire for an international experience led him to participate in the opening of Heinz Beck's restaurant in Tokyo and, since October 2015, he is a pastry chef at Ristorante Luca Fantin in Tokyo. Fabrizio Fiorani is a member of the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani.
