Gianfranco Fagnola, born in Bra in 1970 from an ancient family of bakers. Fascinated by bread and baked goods, he began his training following courses and getting closer to the greatest masters of world renown. In 2005 he joined the Richemond Club Italia and participated in various competitions, to then become an international judge and Italy team coach in the most important category competitions. It is part since 2011 of the international association Ambassadeur du Pain. He collaborates as a consultant with bakery machinery companies and with raw material companies.
