“You can’t describe the passion, you can just live it.”

Born and raised in a family of ancient bread makers from Piemonte, a destiny that is almost marked, that that led him to decide to follow in his father’s footsteps in the family business.

He start his formation following some courses and approaching the greatest masters of world renown, some of them will deeply mark his journey: just to name a few the master Umberto Graglia and the master Piergiorgio Giorilli, of which he becomes a young assistant to try to learn as much as possible.

Another important turning point in 2005, when he joined the Richemont Club Italia, where he met some of the best bakers in Italy and from other countries, who help him in his professional growth.

He also lives working experiences abroad in Switzerland and Japan, and he made the success of his bakery grow so much that in 2009 is awarded with 2 prestigious awards: "Best Local" in the category Bakeries during the event Golositalia and the award "Richemont Star" that will also win for another 2 years, in 2011 and 2013.

Since 2011 is member of the international association Ambassadeur du Pain.

He is an international judge and coach of Italian team in the most important competition.

He collaborates as a consultant with companies of and coach for the bakery machinery companies and raw materials companies.

Since 2019 he joined the faculty of CAST Alimenti, firstly in the courses of Specialization for professionals, and then also in the courses of Advanced Diploma for bread maker and Restaurant Pastry Chef.
