Chef Antonio De Rosa has participated in numerous promotional activities of Italian and Apulian cuisine and had important professional experiences in Europe and Asia. He has received prestigious awards at several international competitions and has participated in RAI television broadcasts. Since 2000 he has been the Executive Chef at Hotel Mercure Villa Romanazzi Carducci in Bari. He is also a consultant to various catering companies in the Hotel Perotti Professional Institute in Bari and joined the teaching team of CAST Alimenti in 2017.
