Matteo Cunsolo graduated in 1997 at the Capac in Milan in Bakery and Pastry. From 1998 to 2002 he worked as an employee at various bakeries acquiring experience and professionalism. In 2003, the leap of quality took place with the inauguration of a bakery in the center of Parabiago (Milan). The new bakery was named: The Bakery of Cunsolo Matteo. He started his new experience as the owner and, in 2008, he joined the prestigious Club Richemont, a club renowned for the professional excellence of its members. In January 2014 he was elected secretary of Club Richemont Italia. He participated in many championships, the last of which in September 2013 as the coach of the Italian team that competed at the Mondial du Pain (Bakery World Championship) in Saint-Etienne - France.
In January 2015, at the Expo in Milan, the township of Parabiago commissioned the drawing of a plan in order to bake a special zero-kilometer bread from a grain cultivated in the territory of Parabiago. As a result of the bread's success, he was asked to create cookies as well.
