Sergio Colalucci joined his father - an ice cream maker - in the late eighties; he and his brother took over the family’s business 1990. Since then, he started to invest in himself to learn more about the sector. Among the meaningful encounters for his professional story, the one with the master Luca Caviezel was certainly the most significant. He participated in training courses, specific studies in food science, and workshops with Italian and foreign colleagues and with business leaders. In 2004, he achieved the third place in the competition "Ice Cream on the table" and in 2006 the first Ice Cream World Cup from Sigep.
