Great expert on international and Mediterranean cuisine, inquisitive and devoted researcher, Paolo Cappuccio had shared important moments with Joel Robuchon during an internship at Lenôtre in Paris - France. He continued his career by becoming a consultant for the yacht club in Portofino - Italy and event chef designer for Rolex. After years spent in the kitchen of prestigious Italian and French restaurants, in 2005 he landed in Madonna di Campiglio on the Italian Alps where he started proposing his unique Mediterranean cuisine. In 2009, he gained the much sought prize Michelin Star. Nowadays, he is the executive chef of the famous restaurant " La Casa degli Spiriti”. In CAST Alimenti he holds postgraduate courses and contributes in other special events of the School.
