Born in Genzano di Lucania, Potenza - Italy, after graduation Giuseppe Cannito completed his apprenticeship at prestigious hotels in Switzerland, England, Germany, and France. In 1989, he began his experience at Ciga Hotels, and then moved to Sheraton and Starwood Hotels. Later, he grew into Food & Beverage Manager at The Westin Europa & Regina, at Hotel Danieli and then at Hotel Cipriani (affiliated to Orient Express Hotels) in Venice – Italy.
