Renato Bosco, the Pizza-Nerd, is the creator of a new concept of Pizzeria in which it is possible to taste the pizza in all possible variations, from soft to crusty. Also known for his commitment to the choice of raw materials and the best Italian products, he was awarded the Gambero Rosso magazine with the highest marks and Paolo Massobrio's Golosario. From 2014 he joined CAST Food's teaching staff with two Specialization courses with innovative themes.
