Born in Padua, Italy, still being very young, he earned an extraordinary prestige in many different specialties of the confectionery art. In 1997, he was leader of the team coached by Master Iginio Massari winning the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie. Appointed Pastry Chef of the Year in 2006 by the Academy of Italian Master Confectioners, he is acknowledged as a master of international reputation. His pastry shop, opened the day after he won the World Championship in 1998, became member of the prestigious Relais Dessert International Association in 2007. In 2008 he opened up Pâtisserie Biasetto in Brussels, an important growing step for the diffusion of Biasetto products abroad.
