Michelin starred chef at Villa Feltrinelli in Gargnano, Brescia - Italy, Stefano Baiocco has won his second Michelin star in 2013 and is recognized among the best professionals in Italy: a chef at the perpetual search for the good, the beautiful and the truth. He increased his creativity and talent through prestigious stages which saw him working with the biggest names of world cuisine from Yokohama to New York, from Hong Kong to Oxford. Having learned the best of European cuisine, he has transformed it with the lightness, harmony and taste recommended by the Mediterranean tradition. He has held specialization courses at CAST Foods, where he returns as a visiting chef at high cookery courses or for large events organized by the school.
