After the Diploma at the Professional Hospitality Institute of Assisi, Luca Antonucci began his experience at his brother's premises and in a historic pizzeria in the center of Perugia. From the beginning, his main passion was the study of alternative flours, ancient grains and various baking methods. Since 2013 he has been a teacher of Arte Bianca in Professional Training Schools and Academies. Today, in fact, in addition to being a teacher, he is a technical consultant for companies and professionals in the bakery, pizzeria and catering sector.
