1. Type of data processed
The data being processed are browsing data and data provided voluntarily by the user, as defined below.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the SITE and to check its correct functioning and are deleted after processing.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
Personal data provided by users who voluntarily interact with the Site, giving their personal data for the achievement of certain services (requests for commercial information, newsletter subscription, purchase of products, etc.), are used only to perform the service or the performance requested.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the site, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data contained in the message. The processing of data is directed exclusively to achieve the following purposes:
a) purposes related to the use of the services offered for navigation from the site;

It can be carried out both with the use of paper support, and with the help of electronic, computerized and telematic tools, according to methods and with suitable tools to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. In particular, all appropriate technical and organizational measures will be taken to protect data in order to comply with legal requirements and to protect the rights of data subjects.
The processing is carried out through automated systems for a period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case, in compliance with the laws in force. The table containing the main terms of data retention is attached below.
4. Communication and dissemination of data
The data will not be disclosed and will be processed by the Company's employees, who act as authorized persons to process data according to the tasks performed and adequately trained. The data may be communicated to external subjects including also the Managers appointed pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR. In particular, the data may be disclosed to the following categories of subjects, listed below as an example and not exhaustive: banks and companies specialized in payment management and credit insurance, law firms and consultancy firms, persons in charge of auditing of the company's financial statements, public authorities or administrations for legal obligations, Italian and foreign suppliers, financing and transport companies.

For all the purposes indicated in this statement your data may be disclosed also abroad, inside and outside the European Union, in compliance with the rights and guarantees provided by the current legislation, subject to verification that the country in question ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
5. Rights of the interested party
In relation to the aforementioned data, all the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR, and specifically:
a) the right to access to personal data;
b) their correction in the event of inaccuracy;
c) data deletion;
d) the limitation to the processing;
e) opposition to the processing;
f) the right to data portability, ie to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data provided and to obtain its transfer to another Data Controller without impediment. In the event of violation of these provisions, the data subject is entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority. 6. Withdrawal of consent
The consent given in relation to the processing of personal data may be revoked at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of data processing carried out in the period prior to revocation, or further processing based on different legal bases with respect to consent.
