Educational Activities starting from this upcoming April
We are really excited to share our best, one week, English-taught courses with you.
Here’s what we can offer starting from this upcoming April:
- An outstanding overview of a signature Italian basic starter, the world-famous Pasta. Chef Walter Zanoni, one of our best faculty members, will take you through this CAST Alimenti-designed journey: “Pasta: Foundation and Evolution”, going from April 16th to April 20th.
- A course focused on the preparation of traditional Italian gourmet Bread, mouth-watering Pizza, and Earthy Focaccia. Master Baker Fabio Bertoni will be teaching this course starting April 23rd and ending April 28th
- “Italian Pasticceria: Pastry and Dessert” taught by Riccardo Magni from April 30th until May the 5th. This course focuses on emphasizing our great, typical, raw ingredients, and how they made Italian Pastry so iconic all around the world.
- Last but not least, “Artisan Gelato” with Master Vincenzo Baldassarre from May 7th until May 11th
