THE ONLY SCHOOL IN THE WORLD THAT GAINED FIVE WORLD TITLES


Yes, so it is, in its short life CAST Aliment has won a good four world titles during the competitions, which are representing the very top of our teaching, thanks to the teams that have chosen our school as their training ground with the support of our Master teachers, facing very high level competitors.
CAST Alimenti was established in 1997 following the win by the Italian Team at the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in Lyon, with Luigi Biasetto, Luca Mannori and Cristian Beduschi led by Iginio Massari.
In 2004, at SIGEP in Rimini, Italy won again the World Pastry Championship UIPGC with Leonardo Di Carlo e Roberto Lestani, led by, again, Iginio Massari. In 2006, Italy gets the title of World Championship winning the World Ice-Cream Cup with Beppo Tonon, Sergio Colalucci and Roberto Rinaldini trained by Pierpaolo Magni.
Still in 2006, the World Culinary Cup in Lussemburgo states the victory of Diego Crosara and Andrea Voltolina as the best Pastry Chefs. In 2007, the Italian Team for bakery, with Ezio Marinato and Simone Rodolfi led by Piergiorgio Giorilli, wins in Lyon the first “Mondial du Pain”.
